Protect your peace. Then press play. 🎧🖤
A simple pause before you catch up on anything else.
This week I’ve felt more fatigue than usual, even knowing I’m in the space between dates I can’t delete. Still, across every front, it has been a lot.
These are the weeks when I miss my mom the most. Not just for the big conversations, but for the simple release. The kind where you can say the things you only share with a few people, or open a conversation with “Can you believe that?” without having to explain the whole backstory.
So this weekend, I’m focusing on protecting my peace, even if only for a little while. And from what many of you have shared with me, I know I’m not alone in that. Some of you are already doing this. Others may need a gentle nudge to give yourselves permission.
This week’s Saturday Reflection is a simple check-in with our Mourning Manager community...YOU.
